About
BZU Artist Management & Publishing was founded by Beatrix Zita Urbán, arts manager, publisher and creative entrepreneur based between Spain and France.
Drawing on over three decades of experience in the international classical music industry Beatrix created BZU with a clear vision: to build meaningful artistic partnerships and support outstanding musicians, composers and cultural projects through thoughtful management, publishing and long-term strategic development.
Today, BZU combines traditional artist management with modern digital communication, helping classical musicians present themselves professionally on the international stage.
Our work is based on quality rather than quantity. We collaborate with a carefully selected roster of artists, offering personalised career guidance, project development and international representation while creating opportunities for sustainable artistic growth.
Through BZU Publishing, we manage and promote the catalogue of Maestro Joseph Swensen, supporting the international distribution and visibility of his works while developing publishing projects with the highest artistic standards.
Recognising the growing importance of a strong online identity, BZU also offers Digital Presence services for classical musicians, composers and cultural organisations. From elegant Squarespace websites and artist branding to biographies, press kits and digital strategy, we help our clients communicate their artistic identity with clarity, professionalism and authenticity.
At BZU, we believe that every artist deserves a digital presence that reflects the quality of their work and supports their international career.
Our mission is to build lasting collaborations based on trust, excellence, creativity and personal commitment, helping artists connect with audiences, presenters and institutions around the world.
